I used to get my custom knife cases made up by Rick Frigualt in Canada. I have used all of the last batch up, and need some more. I usually get them in assorted sizes 100 at a time. I need the black cordura with a padded lining. It needs to have my name and info on the case or on a tab.

Anyone deal with or know of a supplier for these?

Stacy

Hi Stacy , I saw on another thread where it looks as if Karl Anderson has custom cases made , you may want to ask him .

Bill's Custom Cases are the absolute best and made in the USA.

I'll not use any other! Bill is great guy and loves custom knives too :)

I'm with Don and Charles on this.

If you're selling $50-100 knives then it probably wouldn't make sense, but if you're working with stuff of a little higher value it's an absolutely first class way to transport and present a knife.

Just pulling a Bill's case out of a box, suit-case, back-pack, whatever.... speaks of quality BEFORE you even take the knife out of the case!!! :)

I often hear people say that Bill's cases are too expensive... while they're standing there with knives for sale in the $200-$1,000 price range... LMAO. Bill's cases are actually quite cheap for the quality of design, materials, and craftsmanship. They are a completely hand-made in the USA product from a one man shop.

What's the price range for Bill's cases? Say for an 8-10" zipper case? I checked out the site, and they do indeed look like top quality cases.

With the 10% knifemakers discount you are looking at $25-30 range.

This was the price as of last spring and I'm going to have to order some more soon.

I sent him an email this morning from work, forgot it had my phone number on it. I'll bet it wasn't 30 minutes before he called me. I was able to put in a quick order because he had just what I needed sitting on his workbench at the moment.

Give him a call or shoot him an email with your phone number

25 to 30 bucks for a well made zipper case that fits a 8 to 10 inch knife is a good deal . People all seem to forget you get what you pay for. Most uf us knife makers here all try to do the same thing here and that is make the best we can with what we have. Some do better than others but in all reallity quality comes with a price.

Everytime I try to email a link this site stops ,the email from going. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. I spent 10 minutes typing to HAVE THE DOOR SLAMMED IN MY FACE .

:D OK Kelly - we'll double our prices tonight. Thanks for the info. :D

Seriously, a good quality, padded and soft lined cordura zipper case doesn't have to cost nearly that much.

Rob!

I've got $8.00 in this case.
3 bucks for the case when I order 20 at a time from Liberty Sports in St.Louis, Mo.
Ask for Tyler.
5 bucks for the stitching at a local advertising company. I did have to pay them 90 dollars for a 1 time set-up fee for the digital logo.

Check out Nick's signature at the bottom of his post above.

I have used the good cases and there is a difference.

Take care

Charles

I use Bill's cases on my high end knives....and agree, nothing tops them. I was getting the cordura cases with outer sheath straps ranging from 6" to 15" and paying from $4 to $9, which included the name tabs. I like the cases Carl has shown, and they would be fine for my mid range and low end knives.

I just tried to get pricing info from Bill about his cases and he is rude and told me he isn't interested in a customer who inquires about pricing. I guess Im supposed to just buy the cases from him regardless of the prices.

Here are the emails I sent and his response.
Read from the bottom up.

You don't get it. The people who want my cases don't ask how much they are. They want my cases. It's that simple. You are shopping for price. I'm not interested in that type of customer. Bill
