Knife confessions

I like what I like..... because, well, I like them. I like shiny things with nice wood handles. ;)

Me, too. I enjoy the feel of a wooden handle.

I think grabbing a mans knife is as insulting as grabbing his woman. Just dont do it.
I think safe queens are utterly ridiculous and that goes for guns also. If you can't tell me how it functions then I'm not impressed.
I once used my grandfathers Buck110 to clean gunk out of the garbage disposal.

Not sure if this thread is kaput (5 weeks since last post) but I will add one. I confess to:
-having more than one hollow handle survival knife at the moment and,
-am waiting on a third (custom made) and,
-am eyeballing another one.

I’m sure it’s an illness but more sure l don’t care. My wife does care though...

The Sebenza is one of my favorite knives, and I daily it. That being said I hate the back half of the handle. I’ve gotten rid of majority of my knives for the handle design. But I just can’t seem to get rid of my Sebenza.

I research knives and watch various marketplaces for knives I want when I should be working. Like now!

Yep. Me too :-) I’ve just recently discovered Arizona Custom Knives. Fun to window shop. Oh jeeze I could do some spendin’ there.

Full titanium knives are inferior to something with at least one g10 or CF scale. Sebenza, Anthem, expensive Chinese flippers... None of them do anything for me and all get sold.

The GEC 71 is the best pattern of their lineup.

Clones/fakes make me question every knife I own no matter where I bought it from. Makes me sick that people fake something like a pocket knife.

Cold Steel makes great knives.

There is no room for the Griptilian in Benchmade's lineup anymore.

I can't cary a personal knife at work so I cary a titanium bolt action pen as the next best alternative.

I'll never put more miles on any of the knives I have now than I put on the folding razor knife I had in high school, college, and the first 5 years or so after college. I still have it.
