Knife For Rambo 4

Hes a civvy and won't have a knife, trying to put his pass into the pass, but when the BGs attack, he beat them all to pulp and takes a flash blade off one of the BGs and uses that. It should be the sort of bad blade a BG would have.

In the US civies still have knives and guns. The Lyle was his personal knife in First Blood; the later Rambo knives were issued equipment.

Another wote for Dwaine Carrillo.
Apache model 16 but SUPERSIZE it Sly likes BIG knives.

I think that it would be cool if he used the Jimmy Lile sly II dagger again.
Oh boy they are going to get the steel those bad guys.

wht about a strong multi-tool?it's cool to see john rambo to use a new wave or a swiss tool.... :cool:
 
Practical issues aside, I'd say the Szabowie has the required screen presence.

According to the book, in Rambo III he forged his own knife. It would be cool if he'd do this in the movie too (I know, it has been already made in "The Hunted", but I still find it a nice touch).

The Rambo movies aren't well known for staying true to the book. Which is really too bad, actually.
 
That Szabo Bowie is one BAD ASS knife :D I wouldn't mind seeing that one in the new movie.

In Afrikaans they have a saying: "Nou gaan hulle op hulle moer kry". Loosely translated, it means that "they're about to get there asses kicked severley" :eek:

I'm new to this forum so maybe I have missed something but I was surprised to read your post and a couple that agreed with you. What do you guys have against Gil Hibben? I thought the Rambo III knive was very good and everbody knows what a big seller the replicas were.

Side note:anybody remember the movie "Ailen Nation" back in '88? there was a theater with a Rambo XX poster :D

Also Stallone is know to be somewhat anti-gun :grumpy:

A little off topic here, but along with the Rambo and Rocky movies, I liked Stallone in The Lord's of Flatbush, Paradise Alley and Copland. In general I like his movies, I also like the interviews he has given. Seems to have a pretty good sense of humor and takes the ribbing very well. And is well spoken and gives intelligent answers to even some of the rather silly questions he gets.

LOL, agreed. I don't think he ever should have stooped to UC's level, but that's just my $.02.

Personally, I think a Randall would go well with him. John Rambo seems to be a bit of a traditionalist, I don't think something new and plastic would fit his character.

I'm seeing... Rambo 4: Receding Hairlines... He's fought off corrupt police and the whole NVA... but can John Rambo defeat... male pattern baldness?
 
Personally, I figured Rambo should have mellowed out by now.

Therefore, he should carry a folder, like the Skirmish. Small and sheeple friendly.
 
I think Rambo should have a walker with a set of finger nail clippers; Syl is too frigging old to be in another movie. If you guys want to see a tough old guy kick butt, what about Eastwood in a Dirty Harry remake? Now there is a movie!!!!!! Clint RULES!!!!!!!
 
I actually would like to see how the New Hell Razor perform. But SH will standard nice knife for him.

Extrema Ratio Fulcrum will not be a bad choice too, but kind of expected.

Airkat Apache, sooooo modern Rambo.

What will be super cool, Rambo don't carry combat knife around anymore. He grabs Kershaw Shun kitchen knife in a hurry and perform any house kitchen knife as his main weapon. Ha, that is sooo gonna prove his ability in combat, any knife will be use as combat knife.
