Knife to pair with my new gun.

I am with the "old style" thinking as well. A gentleman pocket knife would be a good fit. Something from Al Mar would be great

All I can say is that I do not envy you, when it comes time to shoot that thing. My Airweight, is without a doubt, the most unpleasant hand gun I have ever fired. Infact, I put the unpleasantness neck and neck with firing a 10 gauge single barrel shotgun, with no recoil pad.

Too funny. My ears hurt just thinking of shooting that. I always stuck to +P 38s which weren't much better. Good thing is he'll look good shooting it especially with a ZT 900 in his pocket. :)

So there's gun nuts here a ? And I thought this place was for blade addicts and blade addicts only..I'm kinda of a green horn when it comes to knives but I'm sure the experts here at bf can recommend you a fantastic blade .

Dunno what to tell you about the J-frame, but if you get yourself a Lone Ranger gun...

I think that the Benchmade Griptilian or mini Griptilian in black would be a fine choice and would match nicely. Also the Griptilian has the ever so fun to play with axis lock. Worth looking into. Good luck.

Maybe I'm in a bit of a mental rut but I couldn't get past the idea of recommending the new'ish 555-1 or 550-1 options...

;)

Maybe since this thread is about 4 months old it's possible the OP has already made his decision.

I normally carry a Ruger LC9s Pro 9mm and a Smith & Wesson CH0030. The normal joke is to suggest handling a cutting task with my S&W, wait for the funny look, then whip out the blade. You may want a better knife tho, but I have EDC'd it for I think 6+ years and it's served me well.
