Knifeoutlet.com - Good or Bad?

So the windup is, I got the knife in the mail. It was not shipped when I was told it would be. And I never even got a reply to my email. However, it was a gift and shipping it back is a PIA, not to mention bad manners, so I will keep it.

That isn't exactly a ringing endorsement - I think if I am going to do any business with them in the future I will pick up the phone first and see 1) whether or not what I want is in stock and 2) what kind of service I get when I talk to a live person.
 
I have bought from them maybe 6-8 times and have never had a problem. Everything showed up 3-5 days later. I always ordered online with them. I would order from them again.
