Knifesupply.com issues??

I've had good luck with them. They say a week turnaround and that's what it takes. If you want a bargain, I feel the little extra time is worth it. It's not like most of us don't have another knife at home to use until the mailman comes.
 
Anyone heard from or gotten an order lately from these guys? Since placing my online order on 6/17 I've still not gotten anything. Emails and voicemails get no responce. I've considered canceling my order and purchasing elsewhere for a few dollars more but how would I even know if my order was canceled with no communications?

I put an order in about a week ago and got the order confirmation email. That may be auto generated though.

Sent another email today and finally got a reply that the knife isn't in stock. Thanked them for finally getting back to me and to cancel my order.

I'll probably try them again some day if the price is right but will definetly confirm that item is in stock first.
 
I emailed them a couple of weeks ago with a question about a knife I wanted to buy, but never heard back -- so I made other arrangements.
 
I've used them twice. First time, I guess the item was out of stock, and it took about two weeks to get here. The next time, it was in stock, and it came straight away.

Y'know...I'm guessing it's not a really big operation, and so they may not get around to everything every time. I wouldn't tell anyone not to use them based on my experience, and I plan on using them again.

I ordered 2 pcs of knives and 1 folder form Knifesupply.com, the confirmation mail was received the day after my order done, it contain my order number and other detail from my order.

I reply their email and ask how to track my packaged if they already sent to me. But till now I don't get any respond from them (even rejected automatically from their server), so confused and little worry about that. Because the confirmation order emailed to me on 10 - 23 - 2009, it's been a week a go...............

any advice for me ?

note : My order are: 1 BRKT, 1 fix Spyderco, 1 Buck classic folder
I live in Indonesia, Asia....

I have never seen a post indicating that someone had never gotten their order, only complaints that the company doesn't communicate well and that they are slow to ship. I think it is too early for you to worry about your order just yet.

Ok then, I will wait, my worried maybe it's just I cant get the respond from them and I can't get the tracking number.
