I like them. They mess up sometimes but they fix it without trouble, and that means a lot.

Great company, 5 stars no doubt about it. They get some great exclusive knives. Ordered from them 4 times and have 2 pre-orders with them as of now. Usually takes 3-4 days to get to NJ 
Only issue is when they get out of stock items back in stock and the website reads: We will have x amount for sale and there's no add to cart button. Happened to me with the Kershaw Tilt. Got an in stock email from them so I looked. The website said they would have 15 in stock but no add to cart, had a hectic day at work, got home, checked online and they were down to 4. Called the next day, said they were sold out, but the website still says Will will only have 4 left for sale right now. So long story short I guess they could update their website a bit faster. Next time I'll immediately call them when I get an email like that. All in all its a great place to shop just be prepared to spend a lot because once you start you really don't want to stop.

Ordered from them and haven't had any issues.
I placed an order with knifeworks on Thurs night without setting up an account when I placed the order. Everything seemed fine I didn't write down my order number (I assumed I would receive an email with it but I have not) this morning I setup an account and it says I have no previous or pending orders.
Should I be worried or am I just being paranoid?

This just means you have no previous or pending orders under that account. Best bet is to call them, they are very good over the phone.
Ordered a Knifeworks special blade from them ($175 price point) and when it arrived there was a small blem on the blade. They took it back and replaced it, no questions asked. Reasonably quick shipping as well. Trustworthy to do business with, IMO.
