Knifeworks.com experience?

Just wanted to follow up, I called knife works and explained to the lovely young lady on the phone that I was concerned about the order I placed. She looked I up and everything was good to go and she apologized for not sending me an email with the tracking info.

Prompt polite service.

A++++ I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Knife.Works is one of those places that gives knife dealers a good name.

Good selections; good prices; competent help; accessible; prompt shipping.
:D

I stopped ordering from Knifeworks when I had a return on a defective knife. They kept the original shipping charge. With that and the cost of having to send it back, I was out $30 on a $125 knife that never should have left their store. The lock was so bad, I had to pry it open with a screwdriver to close the knife for return shipping.

Everyone posts that "Roger is a great guy," but that's not how I was treated.

I have spent a lot of money at knifeworks on multiple orders over the past 2 years. They have always been first class to deal with. Sorry that you had a bad experience, but I bet that it is just an isolated incident.

Knifeworks has been great to me. Fast shipping and nice selection (particularly on Case knives). Just got a Bradley Alias from them yesterday

5 stars... Very competitive prices, comparable to the "Worlds Largest Online Retailer". I had a Case knife that I didn't like the blade centering and F & F on, they took it back and inspected the replacement(s) to make sure they didn't have the same issue. I have ordered from them several times now. They also have some of the cheapest Benchmade prices I have found. I do wish they would offer free shipping from time to time.
