Little different coffee post...
Slogging through one of my favorite rituals... hand grinding gourmet coffee, grind quality/quantity dialed in over weeks of experimentation, stainless steel cone, glass coffee pot, etc. As I pour the last of the (just less than) boiling water over grounds, the flow is interrupted. I pour the rest into the sink and...
I guess that explains why my 2 year old was so content sitting on the counter last night next to the cherry tomatoes and the kettle!!
AND, the coffee tasted FINE. So weird. Just glad he didn't see the garlic!
