Is that the LCP with the better trigger?

Short answer? Yes.

Mine is a .380 "LCP II". Admittedly, I have no time with the original "LCP" However, my Buddies who jumped pretty early, and actually own an original LCP...and have put a few rounds through mine...seem to like the trigger on mine better. I could be wrong, however, the trigger on the LCP II is generally reported to be much better. As far as I know, the trigger-pull on the original LCP was reported to be pretty bad/heavy. (*I'm a diehard 1911 guy, and the trigger on my LCP II is generally to my liking)

Your mileage may vary... 🤷‍♂️

Yes the trigger break on the original model was way late and hard to predict…2 of my buddies traded theirs bc of that.

At the end of the day, when it comes to defending me and my girls, I ain't gonna' fV<k-around with the small stuff...

Not sure which one I like most. The colt is nice but the tracker is great.
Did it come with a bevel similar to a splitting axe? My tops is sharp but resembles an splitting axe edge more than a knife edge

Similar to the TOPS, the forward bevel is pretty obtuse (*full 'vex), like an axe. The "draw" (*secondary) portion is flat.

The Bark River is a bit larger, overall, than the TOPS. (*I'll try to post a pic for you at some point)

Thanks. Not need to post a pic. The Bark River does look larger than the Tops.

Alone Alone regarding our earlier posts, this is as close as I can come right now 🤷🏻‍♂️ That one mag is pushing 190g at 1300+ and the other is full of Black Unicorn rounds 😁👍🏼 G20 is 25+ yrs old and acts new!View attachment 2084939

LMAO!

I still have my first "duty" sidearm from when I graduated the Police Academy in '96...a BAF (*Big-Assed-Framed) 1st Gen Glock 21 in .45 ACP... (*We shot .357 Mag wheel guns in the Academy, and transitioned to autos just after I graduated)

The Cold Steel Tanto folder I acquired a coupla' years later. It rode in my back pocket while I was on duty. (*I also had a Buck 110 on my [*leather] duty belt, when I was a "Patrolman", which was pretty common here in Texas at the time)

The Department released the "21" to me when I left. (*I carried a couple of 1911s when I made "Detective" in my second Department)

I gave the 21 to my Dad (*RIP), who used it to take the test/qual for his very first "concealed carry" license. Man, like your "20". my little "21" is going on 27yo. 😲

*Funny story. I probably had the first 10MM in San Antonio. When I was about 14yo, I'd saved-up enough ca$h to score my first 1911. I wanted a Colt .45, but the gun store Owner talked me into a Colt "Delta Elite". I probably put 20K rounds through that thing. The 10MM rounds, at that time, were moving at about .41 Mag velocity/energy, and that damned thing would spit the "pinned" front sight about every 1500 rounds. 😂

EDIT- "1992". Sheesh, 1992. I graduated the Academy in 1992. Getting old is not for Amateurs.
