Well I took the plunge and installed the Geiselle super Sabra trigger on the Tavor. Unfortunately, in the disassembly/reassembly (which is a pain in the) I bent the charging handle rod. The trigger is fantastic, but the rod makes cocking it virtually impossible. I tried putting it in a vice, but nope, no dice. I read that it's easy to bend, so ordered an aftermarket one, hopefully it will be stronger.

The combination Shooting Site trigger back and Geiselle Super Sabra lightning bow trigger is very, very impressive.

Ordered some Hogue Rosewood grips for my model 36. These old Pachmayr grips are nice for the range, bot are too big and uncomfortable for carry. The ones I got have the finger grooves.

Also, FedEx sucks. Sigmund and my Astra cub were supposed to arrive today from St Louis, but we're accidentally shipped to Indianapolis. Should be here Tuesday.

Anyway, carrying the 36 today, Underwood Extreme Defender 100gr .38spl.

Those machined copper solids are a nice innovation. There is debate on their effectiveness versus hollow points in some calibers but in .38 special and .380 where expansion is less reliable; they are a breath of fresh air.

I also like the more stout Penetrators in .357 magnum or .357 Sig as a woods round.

I use them in all my guns. I wanna get a .357, I'm thinking about a 3" Chiappa Rhino.

I've got two S&W revolvers already. I was thinking some different. Plus, the Rhino makes it a bit easier on the wrist.

New Micro Comp on the new True Precision threaded barrel today.
Very good feedback from a friend of mine who got the same setup, when shot with 124grain ammo.
Will see, hope I'll get to the range soon but most likely I'll wait for the new night sights and some 124 and 147 grain ammo, that I've already ordered...

I thought I was all set. I thought I had everything I needed. Then Henry went and released a 9mm that takes Glock mags...
