I will try to remember. My shots were off last time because of the walking cast/boot. Couldn't figure it out at first. I'm going Saturday with the Rhino and the Rem 760 and perhaps something(s) else. You're correct about the gases and being more forgiving with the recoil.
Once you lower bore axis its bio-mechanics. The recoil vector seats lower than your wrist, giving you better support from your
forearm bones instead of the soft joint of your wrist, and you handle the snappy .357 mag better.
It's an interesting revo, maybe down the line you can share some targets from various distances, it's interesting to see it IMO.![]()
Its Civivi Chronic I believe. What knife is that? Very cool
How do you find the Stitch with Ramlok? I am mulling over picking up the MSI G10 or the Stitch... I have the Yuge Amphibian... and it is OK to carry most days and it does remind me of the only Benchmade I miss.... an 810 Contego... but it is bigger than a 810. Better looking too, but the MSI G10 looks good.
K.O.D. already answered, it is a Civivi Chronic. Very nice knife for the price. What knife is that? Very cool
.45-70 government would be cool though.
Um, have either of you actually fired a .45-70 lever action? If not, may I suggest you do so before laying out the capital to buy one?Agree 45-70 would be a cool addition.
It's a sweet shooter.View attachment 2486996Um, have either of you actually fired a .45-70 lever action? If not, may I suggest you do so before laying out the capital to buy one?
I shot .45-70's in Cowboy Long Range competitions, both lever and single shot. Even in a heavy rifle they kick like a p*ssed-off mule.
I shot a single shot rifle in one about 10 years again. I just figured I should have something in case an angry water buffalo breaks into my house.Um, have either of you actually fired a .45-70 lever action? If not, may I suggest you do so before laying out the capital to buy one?

I absolutely love the Stitch, more so than my Amphibian.View attachment 2487007How do you find the Stitch with Ramlok? I am mulling over picking up the MSI G10 or the Stitch... That is a very nice gun.View attachment 2487065I used to shoot my Buddy's "Guide Gun", all the time.
It was MUCH tamer than any of my 12ga 870s.
...even with full house "Buffalo Bore" loads.
Your mileage may vary. #SCHRUG
Yes, I have. Old trap doors and moderns.Um, have either of you actually fired a .45-70 lever action? If not, may I suggest you do so before laying out the capital to buy one?

I'm interested in the amphibian myself. However, I'm waiting for micarta or cf scales to become available. I don't like G-10, or aluminum on non autos.I absolutely love the Stitch, more so than my Amphibian.View attachment 2487007
