My PCC is still one of the most fun guns to shoot. Very fun in competitions

Took the Springfield Emissary to the range today

I had the 9mm Springfield 1911 Range Officer Elite. It was a flawless shooter right out of the box (well, the guy I bought it from put 150 rounds through it before me but didn’t have to tweak it either). I sold it on an impulse to a guy who offered me significantly more than I paid for it.

Sort of wish I hadn’t. It was more fun and easy to shoot, with significantly less hassle and ammo expense, than my .45 acp 1911.

I wish they still made those. I really liked the cost versus build on those Range Officer Elites. I got lucky and have one in 45 and 10mm, but I really wanted one in 9 as well. A 9mm 1911 is like a laser gun.

Agree I'm more comfortable with 4 legged than some 2 legged critters .... The other day I was test carrying the 45 for the whole day and it was less of an issue than I had thought. Might do that more often.

I agree. Some of the 2 legged critters are a lot more dangerous. Glad the 45 is working out for you.
