Backyard Porn. We have a place literally on the edge of the swamp in Florida (or jungle depending on how dry it is) loaded with pigs and deer. And some -big- rattlesnakes. I have heard about bear, but haven't seen one yet. For when I go in the swamp:

Is the handgun a Wildy? Haven't seen one of those in years. Nice stuff all the way around.

OOPS. Looks like Mk-211 already asked. Sorry for asking again.

Looks like a Wildey, just wanted to be sure, as the Automag was close in looks.
It is a Wildey, .45 Win Mag. Most ridiculous thing I ever traded for. but it is fun to shoot. Scares the crap out of the folks not paying attention at the range.

Not related to knives, but it is hard to find .45 Win Mag ammunition. This gun was also available in .475 caliber and finding ammunition in that is about as impossible as you can imagine. What it would be then is an expensive paperweight.

Sweet! Always loved Charles Bronson movies, as cheezy as they got!

Everyone loves a good revenge movie. Charles Bronson was one of the best at it.

Only thing, the muzzle blast is a little more impressive that the movie shows. Realistically, it is not a lot different from a hot rodded .44 Magnum round.

I always wanted a LAR Grizzly in .45 Win Mag. Remington bought them out, so no more.

Clint Eastwood with the .44 Automag, removing the finger prints. 😆

Had the opportunity to shoot one of the first series .44 Automags at a club range in the UK in the early 70s. The range was a disused rock quarry with no rules, no drill sergeants - talk about fun!😁

Loved the old Clint / Dirty Harry movies.
I used to have a Dirty Harry S&W 629, complete with shoulder holster. After a couple years of shooting it, I decided that it just wasn't much fun, so I decided to sell it. After transferring it to the new owner at a local gun shop, I moved a little farther down the counter, and bought one of the new Sig M11-A1s that had just come out. I installed a Gray Guns adjustable trigger in it, and it makes a great EDC.
