It's OK, worse than the heavy A1 for sure; won't be pleasant for my better half, I'm afraid. Will try out some 185gr Hornady next - that should be easier.

Getting there ....
Will try the Mag-Well,Hammer67 ... ordered one from Ed Brown yesterday. Comes with fitting hardware, and might help more than the arched MSH on that one, in particular with these Wilson magazines.
Good shooting for a small pistol, R! I'll be curious to see if you notice much of a difference with the magwell installed. I've been debating installing one on my EB CCO as well.

Thanks ! The Wilson magazines really help with the little finger, so I might as well endorse the additional size, even though it will print a bit more ....

Yeah, I don't think my hands are as large as yours (I wear M/L glove) and I can get away with a flush-fit mag on my Officer frames, but just barely. I usually carry a WC mag as a spare.
Sidenote: Why are 1911s so damn addictive? I'm already thinking about the next one.

Thanks, R! It was a beautiful autumn day and I surprisingly had the place to myself. With our 9 day gun deer season less than a month away and the weather like it was I thought there would've been at least a few people there.

I run a WC 7rd on my CCO with a 8rd for a reload. Also, 1911s are called God's gun for a reason, I think I am up to 10 or 11 now.......but I no longer work in the industry....
