They still making the Scout?

TC stopped making the Scout years ago, they also came in a pistol version. It still used standard percussion caps, and shotgun primer inlines were just getting started. Honestly it looks much better than it works, it starts clogging up the funky nipple and flash hole after 3 or 4 rounds and must be cleaned or you get hang fires.
