I carry tip-up if I'm carrying in my right pants pocket. However, I sometimes carry that LCR in a pocket holster. That prevents me from carrying a knife there.

Sometimes, that means a small fixed blade on the belt. (The LCR in a pocket holster and a small fixed blade on the belt can be more comfortable and less conspicuous than the other way around.) Other times, it can mean a smaller knife in a shirt pocket. Usually, it means carrying a folder tip-down against the right seam of my rear pocket.

The Spyderco RockJumper and the Real Steel H6 are my favorite knives for this type of carry.

It’s still inbound from DLT trading. I picked up the S35VN model. I like the micarta handle. If it’s like my 112 slim, should be a great slicer.

It’s a lightweight, bad ass knife if you ask me. I had one in satin, but sold it off to fund this coated one. Thin doesn’t even begin to describe it!

Scrapyard resiprene knives are tough as nails. Use em!
