My wife's SRT-4: Cases of CDs in the trunk, and a large plastic bag to protect the carpet their. The glovebox has a clearance priced Buck Summitt in the same 'Orange Blast' color as her car, and some napkins (Regular and otherwise!). Of course, the registration, insurance, owner's manuals, etc, within arm's length. An assortment of hair hickeys and sunglasses, too. Several LED flashlights, an ice scraper, a hairbrush, and a folded umbrella complete her carry list.
I drive a 2WD 'soccer mom's ride' Jeep Liberty with a broken folding umbrella under the passenger seat (Hey, she wants me to 'have an umbrella in my car' - never said it had to work!). I keep a Surefire 6P LED, a freebie rip-off SAK, napkins, registration/papers, etc, in the glovebox - as is a 12V cord for a cell phone I no longer own. The back seat usually has a ball cap for me - I'm always forgetting them when I go to the range - and a spare jacket. The very back has a small net holding a pair of huge/heavy garbage/leaf bags - and an LED MagLite. The center storage has my Garmin, spare Bonnie Raitt and Gordon Lightfoot CDs, loaded speedloaders for my CCWs, and, most important, my restaurunt coupons!
I guess I'm not very prepared. Thanks for the 'head's up'!
