Alton Brown on good eats often uses folding knives. I have never been able to get a good view but I can tell they are good knives.

I've seen him use a leek on more than one occasion, and other kershaws as well, but cant recall off the top of my head any of the other models, but I know I've seen a rainbow leek and regular leek as well.
His kitchen knives are Shuns which are made by Kai who makes kershaw, he also has a Shun line where he got them to modify the handles up at an angle for him and they now produce them for retail sale. He knows his blades.
Still no word on what Benchmade knives Jack Bauer has used?

I gotta know! and I don't have the dvd's to watch to find out, even though I know of several scenes with him using a knife. Probably his MT halo 3 though.
