Knives you want but can't obtain.

Busse Moab (one of the original thicker 0.4" versions in satin finish). One will periodically pop up on the used market, but too expensive.

I would like to have but I cannot find these two knives:
1) Skookum Bush Tool SBT MK1
2) Ray Mears Mora 510 MG

Spyderco original Yojimbo

First one I saw for sale in four years I got a chance but the seller disappeared off the whole internet and never responded. For some reason this model is extremely hard to find.

ZT 452G10 sprint in m390. Had one, sold it a few years ago and now I never see them surface for sale.

These threads always make me sad now, because I don't really pine for any knives these days. :(
I don t know if these threads make me sad, but I definitely agree with your feeling. I don t really have any particular knife that I really want, currently. I guess, despite having accumulated a number of knives over the years, I ve never really been a knife “collector”.

I've been after a Viper Hinderer Storm in carbon fiber, stonewash or satin M390. Scoured the earth and the damn internet and can't find it. Money isn't an issue either, just cant find it. Going nutz here wanting this one.

For a long time I have wanted a microtech combat troodon with a clip blade in green or tan camo.

Super cool but dang they are pricey.

None for me. If I want a knife but can't get it (due to unavailability or $$), after a while I no longer want it ;).

Its funny, but I know at the time I finally do see a medium Tighe Rod for sale, I won't buy it because I'll most likely have the funds allocated elsewhere.

I also want a knife that doesn't exist (yet). Pro-Tech Malibu in green.

I too am considering a Viper Storm (Hinderer) but I've got a major expense coming up next month, so no more knives for a few months.

Too many to list.
However, an GEC 48 "Whaler"/Sunfish, and the SFO "Texas Camp Knife" by one of our BF members a few years ago are two.
Readily available (online if not locally) that I "always wanted" but never had the funds for include the Buck 103 Skinner. (or the Columbia Tool and Knife's version of the Nessmuk/Geo. Washington Sears' skinner/general use hunting/camp knife.)
