Knives you wish were made

I wouldn't mind If case made one, but for me I really just want them to put the nail nick where it used to be.

Man o man - I'll second that !! I can't stand the position of the nail nick on the current peanuts - the only peanuts I have use the old nail nick position ... really wish Case would bring that back too --->

As a blade tinkerer, I seem to gravitate to sheepsfoots and wharncliffes ... I think the Case saddlehorn is an amazing knife - nice weight, perfect length, palm swell feels fantastic in the hand. It clicks all the right buttons for me except for one ... I just can't stomach that butterknife secondary (Tony Bose must have not had any sleep the night before he designed that bizarre blade). I like the sheepsfoot mod, but just wish they didn't put that big honkin' swedge on the top edge of that butterknife - detracts from the sheepsfoot mod. I would LOVE to see a saddlehorn with a sheepsfoot in a proper factory made knife ... tap tap tap Case Cutlery --->

This is a little late, but my fantasy knife would be a Victorinox Tinker or Pioneer with jigged bone scales with visible pins and a shield emblem. They could use red bone to keep the traditional color. I'd even be willing to lose the toothpick and tweezers if their omission were necessary (obviously the Pioneer doesn't have them to begin with).

I'll second this wish. Could we throw in a blade steel upgrade, too? 154CM or any steel in that class would make me very happy. Even 440C, or one of the Sandviks would be fine.

I would love to see anyone make more Amber Carved Stag Bone that Queen used to use. Any pattern any steel just more ACSB, I've been hoping Mr Howard would resurrect it.

GEC is making a goofy wonderful #35 Beer & Sausage knife , right now. All GEC needs is fresh supply of Bovine cattle bone. I want a Churchill #35 run in Blue River Acrylic , Oily Creek Bone , Chocolate Almond peach-seed jigged bone , smooth appaloosa bone , osage orange wood and red stag.
