Knives you wish were made

A GEC 68 with 4 blades: long pull spear point blade, small clip point blade, punch and bottle opener. Northfield but with plain bolsters. Handles: ebony, jigged bone, stag, maybe horn.

I'd also like to see Victorinox make a 74mm model in a scout configuration like a mini cadet or recruit, not a lobster pattern configuration as they currently offer for everything under 84mm.

I'm talking about full blades, not the very narrow ones you get when they have full sized backside tools as well.

Just think of something the size of an executive with a blade around the size of the main on a pocket pal or secretary.
Really just a mini recruit or mini cadet.

On the 74mm and 58mm models they offer the blades are too narrow for the frame and just end up thinking of them as a keychain tool and not a pocket knife.

You're absolutely right! I'd like to add a Vic Farmer with added file and a Vic Compact with Philips head screwdriver instead of the multi purpose hook. I would jump on those.

This would be a cool idea

I'd also like to see Case bring a small coke bottle and the 3" barehead jack from the vault

as well as Buck brining out the 303 as a single blade folder

Like the 302 solitaire?

I agree about the mini Coke bottle, been looking on EBAY but the command too much.

Oh I'd also like Case to go back To the old nail nick placement on the peanut.

Like it but smaller, the 302 is based on the larger 301 frame

Nice idea on the peanut. Single blade bearhead with the lower nail nick would get my vote

For that I'll just take a Schrade 12OT.
I wouldn't mind If case made one, but for me I really just want them to put the nail nick where it used to be.

Most would say I'm crazy, but comparing the peanut to this half whittler which has essentially the same blade ( just a tad wider ) you can see how the peanut appears to have an ugly sharp peak.

I would too but..

the locks a no go over here

it would have to be Schrade USA

I've had too many swinden keys go wrong...
The 12OT doesn't lock, can't remember which model but it's not the 12OT.

Btw doing through pins isn't hard at all, looking nice when you're done is a different story but functionally anyone can do it.
This one would have cane out much better if my bit didn't walk when drilling out the rocket pin.

Smaller Case Tribal Lock. 3.5 to 3.75 inches.
Larger Case Sway Back Gent in Stainless. 3.5 to 3.75
Case Larger Pen knife. 3.5 to 3,75
Case Larger Copperhead 3.5 to 3.75
Shorter work week 3.5 to 3.75 days. :-)

I see a theme here. AND YES more GEC Stainless!

Sorry you're quite correct I was thinking of the schrade 18ot, it would have been my perfect watch pocket blade if it hadn't the lock

I do however like what you did there - I might pick up an 18 again, strip it down and re-pin it

A Buck 501 with a clip point
A Buck 117 with upgraded steel

I'd love to see a full sized Case trapper with a big burly sheepsfoot like they put on the #75 (I know they make the #54 frame with a full length wharncliffe, but I think a sheepsfoot would set up better) ... akin to this modded one, but with the fatter sheepsfoot of the #75 --->
