They also have relationships with certain knife brands so you can only buy special editions from them.

Can't say enough nice things about them.

I ordered the last knife of a particular style and they wouldn't send it as they found a defect when they were preparing it for shipment.

The owner's wife has had some serious medical problems. They didn't miss a beat and kept us up to date on her progress.
