I am still yet to be served by Joy. I am still doing my part and I assure you, I am not just sitting here doing nothing. There is much to do, and much more I can do, but for now I am trying to get the Cheetah and other knives to market and insure that the desingers get taken care of.
It is not an easy task. Imagine if Benchmade was trying to get the companies who make the knock-offs to do the right thing a pay royalties and more. How far would they go? Would they do what I have already done?
I have not done anything more to Joy and I will not, unless of course I am served, then it is WAR! I hold my PERFECT record, as far as law suits is concerned, as a testement of what is right and what is wrong. What Joy is doing IS WRONG. She owes the designers money and it will be a cold day in hell before she ever gets one dime out of my ass.
She knows that what she did was wrong. I could really care less if she feels she has ANY legal ground. Many companies and individuals get away with **** because of technical issues.
But I have the right to protect my interests and I also have the right to EXPRESS my feelings. I am a member of the PRESS and I enjoy any and ALL of the freedoms it alows me which includes revealing SCUM BAGS and THEIVES like Joy Cutlery and ALEX SHELTON.
When you sell a knife that is desinged by a person you should do the right thing and take care of that person. I will try my best and if I fail at least I will know I tried, and did the right thing.
Mr. Bryan will be reading this post and again I encoorage your to advise your client to do the right thing. If you do not discontinue the lines you sell that are knock-offs of BOSS product the you need to pay royalties to the designers. If you do not then you are SCUM BAGS, simple as that.
