Yep true but I for the last time other than this one I bought by accident I’ve got one knockoff I got used at a flea market and that is it hopefully most of my folders come from bladehq.

I highly doubt that since you know exactly the type of materials, steel and heat treat you get with a Benchmade. You have no idea what a counterfeit does to actually make the knife..

So what? If a clone was made well you would buy it?

You absolutely must report this guy to Ebay after he gives you your money back. You act like you must be nice to him because he's doing the return. BS!

He screwed you over with a fake knife and took advantage of you. Intentionally! Why do you owe him anything? Get your money back, return the item and then report him! Keep him from doing this again. Or at least do your part in trying to make that happen.

This general attitude of well he's doing me a solid and giving me my money back so I won't report him make no sense. It's like getting shot by someone who's robbing you and not pressing charges because they were kind enough to give your wallet back. Crime is crime. It's black and white in this case.

I don't buy fakes or clones. My point was that I wouldn't trust any kind of specs that were listed for a knockoff.
