Knockoff zt?

BTW fakes are sold at blade show too. In fact a Russian vendor selling striders was selling fake striders and got escorted out of the show at blade show 2017.

You can sometimes get deals on eBay and sometimes you can get dealed, I’m not going to report the seller because he didn’t have to do the return as his page says no returns and here I am doing a return, I wish I could, I was assuming that if I question the seller about the authenticity and they give me their assurance that it must be legit, if I give someone my assurance, it’s sure gonna be legit.

It is amazing, this knife that is 60 dollars on aliexpress seriously has the same if not better quality than some of my benchmades,
I highly doubt that since you know exactly the type of materials, steel and heat treat you get with a Benchmade. You have no idea what a counterfeit does to actually make the knife..

Alright well quality as far as fit and finish is what I meant, I love benchmade got mini grip g10, grip g10 and the Adamas, and they are fantastic edcs, just this fake zt has great f&f that’s all. I’m also a fan of cold steel just got the sr1 and I can’t imagine ever having to use it near hard enough to break it.

OP - based on your above picture, is it the seller whose eBay handle starts with new*?

Edit: it appears multiple sellers use the same picture, and multiple pictures show fake ZT 0562cf. Knife people - stay as far away from ebay as possible.
Bet you're right, that one is slightly cheaper than the rest of the listings. Not worth the hassle to save a few buck.

If you paid by paypal and the seller is selling fakes, you are 100% protected by paypal regardless of what the sellers "return policy" is, just an FYI. You absolutely should report the seller.

I’m not going to put anything on eBay I’m going to keep my word, I never said I wasn’t going to call zero tolerance and tell them that he was selling counterfeits. Ebay won’t return my item because the no returns listed so I’d have to go through PayPal which is a pain for me. If and what zero tolerance does is up to them, hopefully they will deal with it, it would be nice to be able to contact the other people he screwed over.

EBAY will definitely force a refund. You don't seem to like to take advice from people who know more than you do. I have forced returns before for an item not as described. Do you think we are all just blowing smoke? If so fine, you should do as you please and stop bothering us about it.

You are 100% wrong on ebay "won't return my item".

Directly from ebays return policy.
"If the item is damaged or doesn't match the listing description, you can return it even if the seller's returns policy says they don't accept returns. If you've changed your mind and no longer want an item, you can still request a return, but the seller doesn't have to accept it."

Right from eBay's rules:

If you received an item that’s incomplete, damaged, counterfeit, or otherwise not as described, request a return from My eBay. We will track the resolution and help if you ask us to step in.

Edited per moderator making good sense. My apologies.

Ebay won’t force a return if they consider the case closed, Requested a return, but I didn’t send it back in time, had an unexpected trip to the er, possible blood clot, so the return was considered closed after however many days. Of course I didn’t know it was a clone I paid 185 for it which is not entirely unreasonable for a 562cf. If it was 100 bucks I would have known it was a clone. I only have one other clone a 566 I bought at a flea market used to use as a beater.

TLDR;
Forgot about the return and it was considered closed which ebay won’t do a thing after so than it’s PayPal you have to go through.

He made 125 dollars or so off you. All I can say is if something sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.

I’m returning it luckily but yep I’m sticking with bladehq from now on.
Btw stat gear has great customer service FYI.

$185 for a nib/lnib second-hand authentic ZT 0562cf is a very good price but I won't think it is a too-good-to-be-true price. Again it has more to do with where you buy or whom you buy from.

Exactly I thought 185 was a good price nothing earth shattering however. Btw I bought the stat gear ausus where the blade was very off center, within 10 minutes I had a new one shipped my way. And nothing I just figured I’d put it out there somewhere, companies like that deserve recognition.
