Before each round of shooting, you get to adjust their scope SWAT's scope windage and elevation randomly. Flip a coin for the +/-, then Role a dice 1-6 and adjust the scope, the SWAT team member shoots takes his turn and isn't allowed to adjust his scope, relying entirely on his training. And maybe put gaffer tape on the scope to cover up the numbers, and keep the coin flip and dice role top secret.

So how'd you do? I know I am WAY late to this thread but I'd suggest you challenge them to a round of skeet. It would probably handicap all of you the same amount. Or challenge them to a 3 gun competition.
