I'm really digging that dagger design of your's, as well as that friction folder.
 
I will made 4-5 Drow's ;)

With black micarta + oxidize of whole knife, cutting edge about 20* .

And for FF I think about 3mm NCV1 steel and 4mm black-red paper epoxy micarta. ( but now I need to build a hydraulic press ;) )

What kind of bevel are you going to do on the dagger and the friction folder?
 
Those knives will have flat saber grind ( or zero flat on dagger) with 20* V-bevel . I can't make now hollow grind ( first I need to get some $ to buy a KMG belt grinder and belt saw for metal)

Just to avoid any unpleasant surprises. To sell your customs on BladeForums you must possess a knifemaker's membership, which is only $45 a year I think. I'm just telling this because from what I've seen, I bet you'll probably want to start selling your customs on here and their is really no better place.
 
I'll buy KM membership, but before this, I need to have something to offer ;)

I think about toxic finish of handles on Cerber, Drow, Hydra, Duergar.

Better with a hidden pins or visible?
 
How about micarta made by vacuum infusion ?

In next 1-2 month I'll obtain a nice kit for this and we see what this will get.

But micarta made by this way probably will be a total pro ;)

In press metod to much epoxy going to hell.
 
Hello again :P

In next 2 months I'll probably get a donation from EFS ( European Social Fund) about 25.000PLN (8.200$) to open my own business :)

Then will be a nice brand new electric Hardening Furnace (3kW, with a computer control), a nice belt grinder (50x2000mm belts, KMG type but with vertical and horizontial mode) and rest of Professional made stuff. ( vacuum pump for making micarta and wood stabilizing, small belt saw , HRC meter :P small sand gritter etc...)

Pray for me, to get this grant :D

And new project :P

If I get grant then, certainly in my offer constantly will be:
- Cerber
- Hydra
- Halfling
- Goblin
- Manticore
- Duergar ( but I think about to redesignt this FF )

And I will use Bohler K110 (D2) steel and for cheaper options NCV1 and 52100 and for Friction folders N690/ Bohler M390.

I really like Goliath. I like them all, but Goliath looks particularly cool.
 
If I get a grant from ESF and start my own company, I will make those knives ;)
