Yes, it is. Armatus does great work! I just wish I could have paired the color a little better.

Yes, this is the Frontier First "Patch Knife," such a great little piece in A2 steel. They don't come like this, I re-did the blade with sandpaper to get the finish going lengthwise instead of vertical. The tube is perfect for those who prefer an extension on such a small knife.

I love the frontier first as well, there is one in my pocket right now. I thought I would like the patriot better, but I prefer the frontier first. I have two of each and just like how the frontier first fits my hand. This is my newest one in O1 and I think it’s about to become my daily carry and kick the Izula out of my pocket.

I use a leather pocket sheath that I got from Collector Knives. I normally wear cargo pants/shorts and slide it one of the leg side pockets.

Here is my modest collection of LT’s. It’s actually changed(ing) a bit. I had two Frontier Valleys and I gave one of them to my dad for Christmas. I have two Patriots and I am getting ready to give one to dad for his birthday this week. That will leave me with a Frontier Valley(A2), Maverick Colt(A2), Patriot(O1), and two Frontier Firsts(3V & O1).

Last time I looked they had some in stock. They are very reasonable, inexpensive I should say, and so far have held up well. They used to have some bigger ones too that I carried Izula, BK14, and other knives in that size range.

Been carving one of these each day with my LTWK Boattail. They only take about 10 minutes to whittle, so it’s nice and quick.

I didn’t carve a standing base into the first one I carved, so I whittled a simple cradle base so it can stand with the others.

Still have to say I like my Frontier Valley, cannot remember if it is Ltwk or a Battlehorse. I do have a Great Plainsman. I like the blade of my Patriot but only wish the hand;e was a little longer. I know there is a model similar to the Patriot with a bigger handle, I forget the model.
