How about the Hinderer XM-24? You'll have to wait for a drop of your preferred blade shape, unless you can find one in the Exchange.
That would be about $200 over the OP's budget, though I do think XM-24 is in its own league that very few other flippers can compare to.

Oh, sorry. I was actually replying to w200driver. OP is from 2024.

Anyway, Hinderers definitely fit into the “buy once, cry once” category. I think the Bowie counts as a clip point, right? For w200driver’s requested blade shape.
 
HOKC - designed by a Russian, Alexander Biryukov - made in China. It has a 4.8 inch D2 blade, G10 handle. Super smooth pivot. I bought mine (no belt clip) on BigRiver for less than $30 awhile back. I have seen them for more than twice that since, but still worth it at that price in my opinion.....

I've always liked the Benchmade Rukus 610 -- a bit over 4 inches and really heavy duty.
