Large inkosi just announced for Bladeshow in Instagram.

Awesome! I'd love to see the specs on the Large Inkosi. Sounds like some awesome wood choices as well!

This may help:

They will also not be taking anymore orders for the Sebenza 25 as the Large Inkosi will replace it..

Also, all other wood inlays except for the BE will now be discontinued....

I'm glad I waited before buying my first CRK. Now I have even more choices to spend too many hours debating with myself on which knife I will buy first.

I will be getting a large inkosi for sure on the secondary market .

From the picture above, and again I could be wrong as the perspective could be off, this actually looks like it sits in between the Inkosi and 25, size-wise. I have an Inkosi and had a 25 and the Inkosi was a lot smaller compared to the 25 then what is pictured above. Again, that could just be the perspective of the photograph though. I can't wait until they release the specs on this.

CRK mentioned that the Large Inkosi and the 25 has almost identical size.. So that rules out the medium size...

I would say the Large Inkosi will devalue the plane 25's as it is basically a 25 with pivot and lock upgrades and the known ergo issues dealt with. You'll see a lot of plain 25's flooding the used section for people who want to upgrade to the Inkosi. The only 25s that might go up are the rare Damascus examples, or the inlayed ones if the Inkosi inlay is different.

I would say a plain Jane 25 is going to be a steal on the exchange very shortly, but that's just my guess.

Thanks for the information and perspective. I was just about the pull the trigger on a CF 25 this morning. Might just wait for that CF inkosi. Then again, the regular sebbie greatly appreciated although updated models were made. Any explaination towards that?

If you want CF you might go ahead on the CF 25. The small Inkosi has been out for a while and still not CF version. There may be a CF Inkosi but it could be a long wait.
