My 25 born June 12, 2013 had old packaging. The new packaging likely started on June 17, 2013. I believe I have some info on this if I can find it.

Haha, I just saw that and ran back over here to post the very same. Looks like I have one of the last old package 25's as mine is June 12, 2013.

I was going to say even though the new packages started on 6/17/13 some of those were likely assembled on the 13th as they are closed on Friday and those finished towards the end of the day might not have made it in to be packaged. I'm just going to say mine was the last 25 placed in the old package.

I bought mine used as well and sent it in for the spa treatment. It's the first time I have used it and damn they do a great job! It looks brand new and the blade is the sharpest CRK I have had. What a great service from a great company

Thanks MRaymond!! I did get the information from you earlier. I believe you were the first to report the Feb 11 date. :thumbup: Initially I thought it might just be an anomaly. But the date has been reported by a couple of others so I amended the post. Looks like Feb 11 2013 were the second ones shipped. Great information!!

By second run do you mean the stop pin with two screws? My 25 was made on the same date but it had the press fit stop pin. After I got it, I got all the screws switched out and they installed the newer type of stop pin assembly.
