Last Time You Left Without a Knife?

Intentionally, whenever I go to school. Wish it was legal at my school:mad:
Accidently, just this Monday, I set my roadhouse down and left in a hurry and forgot, felt so bad when I realized I didn't have it.

It was today, for whatever reason, I left it in my normal car when I took the family mobile. Felt strange all day.

A couple (3) years back when I went to the courthouse to fight (and beat :)) a traffic ticket.

I left my kid at home once. He is 20 now, but when he was an infant I left him on the kitchen table strapped in his car seat. Got a mile down the road before I remembered.
My wife was home with him but she was pretty mad at me.
I did have my knife though.

Intentionally, this past friday went to a bar for a buddys bday.
Accidentally, the saturday after when helping a friend move when i actually needed a knife to open the double tapped boxes.

LMAO!

In the last 2 years I've forgotten my knife twice, but I have 2 folders in my truck.

Intentionally.. I can't remember.

Accidentally.. probably last year on a trip to the grocery store. Luckily, I had a spare in the vehicle to put in my pocket.

Business at the federal building yesterday, I checked multiple times that I didn't have one in my sport jacket and pockets. I didn't like not having one on me, and one of the security guards had a pocket clip.

Intentionally? Many years; I can't honestly recall. For cryin' out loud, I got married with a custom fighter on my hip. Often I do leave my knife locked in the car if I need to go in somewhere that I'm not allowed to carry, though (public/gov't building, liquor store, etc.).

Accidentally? Never. That would be like leaving the house naked. If I ever do, there are spares* in the car. ;)

*spare knives, that is. Although a pair of pants and a clean shirt really wouldn't be a bad idea... :p

What they fail to realize is that I am a trained killer and therefore, I AM a weapon.

Try not to mention that in group.

Personally I tend to lean towards the thought that its not a weapon unless I use it as such. Technically it can be anything I can get a hand on.

It has been a long time since I left accidentally without one and even longer intentionally. Of course I have now jinxed myself.

Intentionally? Never.
Accidentally, about 2 years ago. And of course someone came to me needing something cut..."You can cut this, you always have a knife on you, right?"

Seriously, what are the odds of that? Weird.

Intentionally: Never

Accidentally: I left the house and made it half way to town only to realize I'd forgotten my knife. I turned around the first chance I got and went back to get it.

I was about half way home when I realized I left my knife at my brother's so I stopped at a sport shop and bought one. Yep.

Intentionally, Going to court.

Accidental. I know I have, I just don't remember it. LOL. I have a ladybug on my car keys, a leatherman on my belt, SAK in my bag and car. So even if I did forget to put something in my back pocket I'd still be covered.

intentionally only when going to concerts cuz they do pat downs.

I never accidentally leave them I have a bit of ocd when leaving the house. "cell phone left front pocket, wallet left rear pocket, knife right front pocket and keys in hand". Never fails :) I get an unfulfilled feeling when I have to leave them behind hahaha

Accidentally, maybe once or twice in last 10 years.

Intentionally, on planes, jury duty, at state fair. Probably still had my keychain Classic at the fair.

For a pocket edc, I intentionally left one behind was two days ago, but I always have a SAK I keep in my car and a spyderco bug on my keychain.

Accidentally was about three weekends ago, and turns out I needed my knife as soon as I forgot it, but the bug came in handy.
