Leaving a Legacy...Rest in Peace Grandpa

Seems empty to even say, but sorry for your loss. It sounds like he did the “Greatest Generation” proud. Men like that are few and far between nowadays. Have been for a while. We lost a good one.
 
Very sorry to hear Garth, he did a great job with you and certainly had to be proud of you. That alone should always bring a smile my friend. Your Granddad would always wave when I waved to him and I'll always remember him out there mowing his grass. Sometimes I think he was mowing about everyday, He never let a sunny day go by without being out there doing something.

I just got back from a trip out east and spending time with family and especially my grandma. She just turned 97, we even went out for lunch one day. She still lives by herself and still rocks and she still rides my ass LOL!
Like your granddad, she comes from a different time in history where values meant everything. Blessed be those who have had these amazing people in our lives to make us better.
