new here but wanted to post anyway,current fave is 5.11 cub master since i dont have a lot of funds to buy a new one..lol:)
 
Picking a favorite is tough to do. As I think about it, I'd have to say I would choose the USMC Ka-Bar because of its heritage, and my service.

Thanks for the giveaway. This will bring you some good karma. My favorite, or at least my main carry knife currently, is a ZT 0560. My favorite may be a Frankendog with a the SG2 blade (nice steel, but nothing to look at) swapped for a composite blade so I've got the titanium handles with the composite patterned blade and with an STR pocket clip instead of the Gothic one. The JYD clips look great on the scorpion and other Galyean Pro knives but look out of place on the production models.
 
Thanks for the contest. And congratulations on 1000 posts. It is really hard to pick a favorite. I really like the Spyderco Military and Kershaw Leek. They have many variants and are fun to collect. If I had to choose, it would probably be the military. Thankfully the good news is I don't have to have just one.
