Well, I dropped the "daily workout" thing. I have 3 very different training sessions a week now, which I will try to do consistently.
Monday - Lifting. Requires gym membership (20€ a month) Just plain old weightlifting, workout takes about 1hr20mins and trains my whole body. No playing around with different muscle groups here, because I only lift once a week.
Wednesday - Hellnight. Free. 2hr workout, geared towards Parkour. It is exactly what the name suggests. Always outside, with 10-80 people (depending on the weather), and everyone powers through the whole 2 hrs as a team. You complain that you're exhausted and can't do any more? "If you can still complain, you can keep on going." You throw up? You finish your business and continue. I was there for the first time in 2 years today, and now I'm at home, completely exhausted, I know I'm gonna be in hell tomorrow, but I feel awesome and I'm proud of myself for pulling through and finishing the whole thing.
Friday - Indoors Parkour/Freerunning training. 4€. 3hrs of doing whatever the hell you want in an old school gym. The gym is not the best thing in the world, but we have a few trampolines, lots of mats, and just standard school gym stuff. I like to practice more arobatic stuff there, which I wouldn't do outside, like front/backflips, learning new tricks safely and so on.
On top of that, I have a pretty demanding job (I am a machinist, which involves lots of heavy lifting and carrying) and I ride my bike and longboard a lot. I don't have a car, so I have to get everywhere using public transportation and these two.
I have a few little goals for 2013. One of them is this:
