..photos that is....I do not think that there is any better handle material than genuine stag antler. Some photos courtesy of www.knifeart.com

Ruple stag trapper - very very nice

Geez, those are sweet. I sure hope my little factory slipjoint here doesnt seem out of place. Just bought it off Ebay yesterday, so I dont have it yet. Still, I thought it pretty nice. Hen & Rooster large stockman with nice stag, angled nickel silver bolsters and carbon steel blades.

Back side; the stag looks to be a near perfect match. A big reason why I couldnt let this one pass by.

Not out of place at all. That is a very nice knife you picked up and this one is actually one that belongs to you. Not like the one I posted. I only wish that one was mine.

Top two are Bailey Bradshaw.Bottom left Rick Browne,Bottom right Ruple Splitback Whittler.

Wow. These are great! That Bowie is awesome Keith!...and hey fellas, slippies are very much at home in this thread. I know that there has been similar threads recently, I just wanted to deviate to stag only. If you guys love saving all the different pics like I do, this should be great.

Keep em' comin!

I think I have just purchased a Tomes hunter with stag, if I get it, I will post the pic.:D

This picture also comes from the Knifeart site. This is a Scagel style Hunter with 52100 blade. It is 10" overall with a 5.5" blade. The stag on this knife is beautiful. I love the style of this knife.

Keith! You stole my thunder....that is the knife I think I will buy. I am tossing up over a couple but the tomes is on the list.

I love the straight handle and attractive blade style.

I am going to post this picture of a pocket tactical by John Fitch even though it probably isn't a traditional style. The reason is that I think the knife and the stag used for the handle are outstanding. Outstanding enough enough for me to have ordered one almost like it. The difference will be in the material used to make the guard and the pins. If my memory serves me right, the blade is 4" and the overall is 9 1/4". It will have a Kenny Rowe sheath.

Very Nice Keith! Is that like a 'chute' knife? The stag is unbeleivable! A user or a collector?

Some Case Classic Sunfish (each different)
Case Classic 223 trapper.
Very rare Bulldog clalf roper with lock.
Case Classic 98 toothpick.

Keith will like these. They are all Case Classic split back-spings with Wharncliff master Blades. Each a little different.

Odds and ends - mostly older Case and Case Classics with a Winchester Doctor's knife and a Puma lockback thrown in.
