Lets get em goin in STAG ...

Joss, that carver is definitely, if not the nicest then one of the nicest pieces of stag that I have ever seen. The knife it is part of is also stunning.

Believe it or not, I saw it for sale 2 or 3 years ago on Don's site, but I wasn't interested. I've been kicking myself since then.

Ken had asked me to post a close up of the stag that I had on his knife but I didn't have a better picture. However I do have a picture of the latest knife that I finished with red stag so I will post that picture. Unfortunately I didn't zoom in on this piece of stag and the pic doesn't fully show how much figure this red stag had on it.

Here is a beauty of a stag hunter from the Japanese company Hattori. The second picture is the wonderful pattern of the blade steel.

This is an older knife from Tim Herman(send back my stag you bastid :p ).

Doh. just noticed the name of this forum. Not really traditional but still pretty sweet.

Actually, that is a pretty traditional utility style knife. A little more ornate than some, but traditional none the less.
