Let me start by saying PLEASE post your ASHBM pics. What do you think of the ASHBM?

We are spoiled right now. Some awesome offerings directly through the Busse website. I'm surprised people haven't posted more about the ASHBM. I held off on getting one because I have an original SHBM along with a few other Mistresses. I finally ran into a deal I couldn't pass up so I got my hands on an LE. I have to say it's a better blade than I thought it would be. It swings like it's .25" thick rather than .32". It's a pretty nimble blade for being so hefty. I had a few NMFSHs in the same thickness that I just couldn't like. To be honest, I find the ASHBM more useful than my .28" NMFBM. I don't know how long it will be available but if you've been on the fence, you should grab one. I didn't give it too much of a workout but I did chop some wood. Took a few other big blades out for pics with it just so you can get a size comparison.

No I haven't used the MOABolo. I'm waiting for a CBT version. I'm going to keep one and sell the other. I want to get my hands on both first before I decide.

If we ever get a B13 that will surely be my favorite but as of right now here is my ranking in order of most useful

1. 1311
2. SHBM (barely used though)
3. ASHBM
4. FFBM
5. NMFBM
N/A MOABolo

My two big users, right now I prefer the ASHBM to my NMFSH.

Edit: the ASHBM is desert sage and tan canvas, NMFSH is satin with red and black G10

I miss mine A LOT. I wish I hadn't had to sell it, and I hope I can get my hands back on it if the buyer ever decides to get rid of it.

I've NEVER seen INFI patina like this... used it to carve a 20lb Christmas ham and it got colorful!

It is definitely the sweetest no choil chopper we have for now... until the Bolo13 happens! :D

I only have the one :(
But she is mine :)
I usually do not like the choiless ones but all these pics are starting to change my mind.
May have to get a choiless
