Finally scored a silver crusader clip, and got the 3" fully decked out in blue ti hardware. Blue ti hardware for the 3.5 slicer arriving next week along with a blue crusader filler tab for the 3".

All stock...just tuned and oiled with nano oil

Cool, maybe one of mine will do that and I have cleaned and oiled them all. What do you mean by "tuned" other then centering the blade and adjusting the pivot. I can unthread my pivot screw one full turn from snug and it still won't do that. There is to much pressure from the lock bar ball on the blade even oiled.

Edit: all mine will(even my 3") flip strait up like you flipped yours on the last two flips, just not like you did in the first two or thee.

I just put a dab of blue 242 on the threads then tweak the pivot to find the sweet spot where the action is perfect, it's centered, and no blade play..then let it dry

Fit is great, flips great. Wry strong detent. Finish, not so great, there is a ring in the blade finish?

What the... did you contact them? I'm sure they'll replace it but you might not get the same scale... that sucks.

Just finished up my newest theme knife; "Bushido".

Brass scale with the Bushido text carved .062" down and given a light patina on the inset. Brass standoffs, lockbar stabilizer, and Steel Flame tab, bronzed hardware. CPM20CV Wharncliffe blade.

I tried rubbing it off with a microfiber cloth dry and had no luck. Then I put a little denatured alcohol on the same cloth and BAM! Off it came!
