Iridescent in the right light. They all like that? I have a new skinner but never really noticed.

I think a 3" warrnie will be my next buy.

I have had mine for about a week and I use it a lot at work for cutting plastic wrap from around pallets, plastic strip bundle ties and cardboard. I love it! Only problem I foresee is rounding the tip from use and having to sharpen the whole blade to get the point back, or sharpen the blade on an angle from heal to tip. Anyone have any experience with heavy use and keeping the tip pointy and sharp?

Joe, my son uses his quite a bit. The tip is tougher than I thought it would be and I just strop it. Granted he hasn't caught a big staple with it. I'd guess the best method would be to use a big Dia Sharp and keep the edge parallel....or send it to Rick.

Thanks! The cardboard I cut doesn't have staples so I'm lucky there. Glad to hear they are tougher then we both thought.

Two questions

Any reason not to flip the smooth side of the screws to the scale side? Looks so much better to me this way.

Suggestions on an ano job? Thinking about doing the whole thing. Thought maybe s dark bronze on the lock side and liner and then a more gold color on the hardware.

This is my own personal Half Track. I have probably anodized this knife 15 different time. It is so easy to take apart and re assemble it, which makes it a lot of fun to tinker with! I can not wait until they come out with accessories for these!

Looks awesome! Would you guys by chance anodized a titanium scale for a guy like me? I just bought a silver textured scale for my m390 and I thought it would be cool to get it 2 toned anodized...
