Just finished up my newest theme knife; "Bushido".
Brass scale with the Bushido text carved .062" down and given a light patina on the inset. Brass standoffs, lockbar stabilizer, and Steel Flame tab, bronzed hardware. CPM20CV Wharncliffe blade.

Mine will be here in the morning! I was thinking about getting the stonewashed but I dont have a working finish xm yet and I really wanted battle blue. Does yours flip well?
Yeah, I was really tempted to go for a working finish one, but I'm a sucker for Hinderer's stonewash finish.

It flips really well, and perfectly centered. I've picked up 3 of Hinderer's newest versions of the XM-18s and they are a lot more consistent than the early Gen 4s (pre lockbar milling). Of course my very first one was early Gen 4 and that thing has the strongest detent of any Hinderer I've ever owned. It really beat up my index finger for the first week, lol!
Good to know. My new skinner anthracite is not as smooth as my stonewashed blade skinner, might have something to do with the dlc.. I just bought a titanium scale that's going on the m390. I'm going to pimp that thing to the maxIt flips really well, and perfectly centered. Those are looking good! And that's a beautiful mirror finish on the spear pointAlmost got em how i want em, blue crusader filler for the 3" coming next week with blue hardware for the 3.5 slicer...just need the etched blue steel flame crusader clip for the 3" and spartan clip for the spear point.
