Well, I did it. First brand new Hinderer I clamped into the wicked edge. 36° inclusive with a 40° micro bevel. Very sharp!!

Got some new hardware for my m390s. I really love the battle black finish. It's my favorite finish of the three I have.

I look forward to seeing it!Plain stonewash is my favorite but battle black is my next, like it better then all the other finishes including working. I have something in the works for my battle black m390, should be done in a couple weeks.
Bowies rule my world. And Harpoons.
I need to get a Bowie

Just got this fresh from USA Made Blade today. XM-18 3.5 Bowie, Stonewash with Sunrise Ano lockside. First one to kick off my Hinderer family. Waiting on a Fatty next.
Major credit to Scott & his awesome customer service. He did this one special when I inquired about buying one in sunrise ano. Thank you Scott!

So did I. Full WF including the thumb stud. I think the Battle gray scale matches very well.

I saw a few of the Harpoon Tanto XM's in this thread. I was thinking of getting one of those as a Fatty edition. How are the harpoon blades when it comes to the sharpening process? Any more or less complicated than something like the Spanto?
I have not had a ton of sharpening experience other than the Bowies and Spearpoints.
