I'm actually surprised on how much I like the skinner. That blade profile never appealed to me in photos. I took a chance on this
and I'm glad I did. Looks much better in person. I'm looking forward to putting it to use. The covid symbol is silver on this one, other photos I've seen looked black. This also disappears at an angle.
Swapped out the stonewash bronze hardware for battle bronze. I think I like the more subdued/uniform look better.

Thanks!Nice, that blends very well. I hope someone gets the skinny specific 3.5" hardware sets lined up.
This is an amazing tribute to your "Best Buddy"! What a wonderful way to keep your Buddy's memory with you.Last week I added a Ti scale to my 3.5 spanto to remember my "best buddy" who we lost a while ago.
(thank you to @Phil Indablanc for helping me track this down). Today added a skinny skinner Covid to the collection.

Wow look at those pics!
nice. Midnight sun XM-24 Scale?
I so wish it was a 24 man. It’s a 3.5” that I flipper deleted a while back. Thanks tho and yes, I’ve wanted Ti 24 scales badly for years as wellOh wow, full Ti 24 Bowie .... Very nice. Wish Rick is coming out with milled 24 Ti scales soon ....
Thanks. Yeah sometimes the xm-18 blade shapes look better (leaner/ less broad) than the equivalent profile on a 24, imo. I think that’s the case with the bowie and spanto as well.Still pretty !
