Ya these damn things are as addictive as CRKs. I really hope the only one I’ll hunt from this point is a Maximus. My daughter is crazy for it and I’ll use her as an excuse!

Ok so the smooth Ti for both scales is just too slick while taking out of my pocket. Dropped it twice today, once onto the shop floor! Well I bought it to be a user but I can’t use it if I can’t hang on to it…
I’ll be switching it back to G10 and sending the TI scale out to be blasted , pseudo-fragged and DLC’d. In for a penny in for a pound!View attachment 1734415View attachment 1734416
 
So, the triway 24 Bowie finally landed; funny, having two running perfectly on PB washers, I’m not interested anymore. Anybody ordered one ?
 
Dang, I love the looks of that one! I could take or leave the onboard tool (and I wonder if just removing it and leaving it off would be an option?), but everything about that blade + handle + texturing combo looks right up my alley.
 
I like the new model. I had a full track and liked it but it wasn't the most comfortable handle. The tool nestles snugly in it's location and was nice to have when adjustment was needed. If I can snag one I'll get it.

For my money nothing beats Hinderer's scale texture. I love the OD, too, and like you I haven't tried micarta yet. That OD G10 just does everything I want it to do. :)

If I had to axe my entire collection and keep just one knife, there's an excellent chance it'd be my XM-18 3.5.

I love the OD G-10 on my XM-24...and the different but also excellent OD G-10 on my Demko AD-20...
