IMO the Spanto wasn't up to my standards, hence the hollow regrind...
Who did the regrind for you?
That is correct. You need a smaller Phillips screwdriver.I don't think it's necessary to start another thread for this question so I'll just post in this thread hope it's OK. Am I correct that the Hinderer Armorer tool can't remove the LBS screw, the LB insert screw, and the clip/tab screws, for which I need additional tools? Thanks.
Nice edge!
Hey there, first time posting! I was able to pick one up on the first drop, let’s just say after being a flipper fan for the past 8 years or so, it is changing my mind on going flipper-less. I definitely love the streamline build of it and the action is pretty sweet. Feel free to ask any questions and I’ll do my best to answer them.Anyone manage to get their hands on one of the new Eklipse non-flippers? They look good, very similar blade to the original ZT 0392, I’m curious to hear someone’s thoughts.
Hey there, welcome to the forums! And congrats on scoring one. I’m the same way, most of my knives are flippers. That is one sweet looking knife tho. I was just wondering if the detent is any different (lighter?) than the flipper versions. Because I have a hard time opening my Eklipses with the thumb studs.Hey there, first time posting! Thanks! I’ve never handled a regular Eklipse, however I own a couple XM-18’s and from what I can tell, the detent action is about the same. It took a bit of practice for me to open it reliably, but now it opens second nature.Hey there, welcome to the forums! And congrats on scoring one. I’m the same way, most of my knives are flippers.
