They did have the no-choil skinny XM18 slicer at some point which should be very close.

100%. The Skinny Sheepy was the best they've done so far. I'm still waiting on the no choil version from J Jordan@DLT ;)

Oh yes, I still have one of those. It was part of my old Stonewashed DLC no choil set. I prefer that Eklipse handle though.

Guys - BGM regrinding is the way to go if you want a true slicing Hinderer knife. I've got a BGM reground xm-18 3.5 skinny slicer, which absolutely outslices all and every Spyderco and CRK knife that I have/had (sebenza, delica, etc you name it).

Been really liking the sheepsfoot as well. The tip of the blade is in a really nice position, almost like an Insingo on a CRK. Has been really good for general EDC along with some food prep.

I agree they are perfect together. Wanted one of these for a while glad he finally did another run of them.
