Does your new RS still have the engraved logo on the mm side like the older model, or is the one shown the only logo on the tool?

It has that same logo on both sides, but it doesn't have a logo on the plier head anymore. I really liked the old plier logo.

Heres a closeup of the metric side:

I finally picked up a Leatherman PS4 to upgrade from my S4. I like having pliers and scissors. :)

German Army Knife. Both from Vic!

IMG_1178.jpg

The one handed is a Soldatenmesser 10. The original version of that has the emblem of the german armed forced, like the old one

And the old one. Great knife!

Kind regards

Our Victorinox family. This does not include the Tinker (91mm, 2 layer) my son has with him at college, or the Rescue Tool that is in his car.

On top is the Rescue Tool that is kept in the console of our car.

On the left are the three 58 mms. The blue Classic spent several years on my wife's keychain until it was replaced by the red one beneath it this past December. The green Signature Lite is carried on my keychain.

Next to the right is the nylon scaled Gardener (100mm, 1 layer) I keep on my desk.
To the right of that is the Hiker (91mm, 3 layer) my wife keeps in her pocketbook.
Beyond that is my 25+ year old Fieldmaster (91mm, 4 layer). It has been a daily work/user knife all those years.
Furthest right is the Huntsman (91mm, 4 layer) I recently bought, which is carried on the key fob of my laptop bag.

At the bottom is my SwissTool RS, which goes everywhere I go, in my bookbag.

It was a long search for one in a good condition. Yesterday, I then have finally found one in a secondhand shop :D

Here's a PRE-1962 SAK. Note the fish scaler with no rule, the triangular reamer, the bail ring, small clip point blade and my favorite..the all metal tweezers.
