Here you go Moose and RRR1977. Hope this helps.


First go to your photostream in flickr.

Second go to the photo you want to share.

Third click on the "Share" menu just above your photo.

Fourth select the photo size you want and whether you want the HTML or BBC code (BBC is easiest to use since you can just paste it right into the forum)

Fifth paste the BBC code you copied from Flickr into the reply box on the forum. You can easily type any messages before or after the photo.

Below is the BBC code from the above example (I edited out a [ at the beginning of each line so the code would show up instead of the image)

yes it is. i moderate on a couple APBT forums, and some of the regular members around the country had shirts made up so we would be able to put faces with screen names at the dog shows. we all have seen pics online of each other dogs, but dont have a clue what each other look like. lol

i went digging into the flickr sharing code, but all direct image links are disabled by the user/owner...

On Flickr, all you need is the URL of the pic you are wanting to post. Once you get the picture uploaded, go to your photostream, click the picture you want, then click the drop down option that says "Actions" and select "view all sizes". Pick the size you want, then right click on the image and select "view image" and that will bring up just the image. The URL in the address bar is the URL of just that image, and to post it here on the forums, or pretty much any other forum, you just need to put that URL inside some image tags and you are good. Image tags look like this:

without the spaces before and after the URL will give you this:
