Lost knife - Did I sell it?? I've been looking for 3 days, and cannot seem to find it!!??
I keep all Buffalo Cutlery marked knives, because Buffalo was my home town!! Although I left in 1970, I grew up there! Anyone seen it??

Here you go Charlie. Pretty much the same frame as the Bose/Case Cattle Knife based on the Shapleigh Diamond Edge Cattle Knife.

I think that’s the one I sent you Charlie because - obviously it’s a HJ But also the Buffalo.

So in time frames ( depending on what you may have shifted during this time ) is it about a year and a half that you have had it ?

Charlie- please don’t apologise- nothing to apologise for!
I thought the time frame may help.

I have knives that I have found so so long after I have given up on them Charlie - my frustration is that I tend to simply place knives down at times and this could be at home, in the workshops where I do my work- they simply could be anywhere and I have racked my Brain in trying to remember just where they are.
I think it’s a knife thing that I could safely say the greater percentage of us do all the time.

If one thing is true about gec it is that 86hj cc rider is one of the best made knives to be made at there factory,it is what all other gec are measured against,in my books that is.

Charlie I cant tell you how much pleasure I get out of using this knife,its just a brilliant piece of equipment to hold and use.

Ive sold all my spares because this one is never going to get worn out in my lifetime,any dings will just give it character.

Not heavy use tonight, just putting up and rearranging memorabilia in my shed as the sun goes down.
